For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping timelines vary by destination but generally range from 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and customized stitching orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as major Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
How do I care for my Nishat Linen fabrics?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and ironing at a moderate temperature. Silk and chiffon items should be dry cleaned only.
Do you offer stitching services for unstitched collections?
Yes, we offer premium stitching services for our unstitched lawn and winter collections. You can select the 'Stitched' option on the product page and choose from our standard size chart.
How can I track my order status?
